OVERVIEW:.

selling bread in Kashgar Undoubtedly the Silk Road is the most famous trade route on earth. Completely forgotten during the middle ages the unique route was only recently rediscovered. The opening of the borders has finally made the itinerary once again feasible. Even today you can experience and marvel the remaining witnesses from the heyday of trade, architecture, science and religion. Our trip takes us from Central Asia through the deserts of Turkmenistan to Iran and further on through the Caucasus up to the Western edge of the Silk Roiad on the Black Sea. We will cross some of the most desolate landscapes on earth and visit some of the most important cities along the ancient Silk Road. Getting into contact with many different cultures and the constantly changing impressions make this tour an unforgetable adventure!
